Role Overview

Serve as the single point of contact for CCS (Connectivity Car Service) and Mobility service‑related inquiries and requests from clients and partners. Facilitate and lead new service‑related contract development and amendments, collaborate with procurement to manage vendor contracts, coordinate with internal departments for client proposal creation, and provide consulting services to client companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead various projects related to account management, client service, and partner management.
  • Create and manage customer pricing models aligned with the company’s strategic direction.
  • Create and manage wireless usage forecast models based on new services and vehicle volume.
  • Oversee subordinate Business Analysts, as applicable.
  • Stay abreast of service implementation and business operation status, keeping clients informed of connectivity service updates.
  • Act as a key advocate for Client Business Units (CBUs) and serve as the primary contact for connectivity service inquiries.
  • Coordinate with all internal departments for client proposal creation.
  • Consult with other Hyundai Motor Group client companies to enhance their telematics services.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in client relationship or key account management, preferably in the telematics, IT, or automobile industry.
  • Consulting experience at a Big4 consulting firm is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of telematics services, fleet management, and connected vehicle solutions preferred.
  • Telecommunications experience preferred, with broad knowledge of products, services, networks, carriers, rate plans, contracts, and invoices.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations.
  • Strong analytical skills; interpret complex instructions and recommend actions.
  • Well organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Proficiency in creating standard forms, templates, and processes.
  • Experience reviewing and updating Terms and Conditions.

Salary Range

Salary Range: $118,650 to $166,100
