2nd Shift Assistant Production Supervisor

Branding Iron in Sauk Rapids, MN is looking for a qualified 2nd Shift Assistant Production Supervisor. Responsibilities:

• Provide production employees with direction and coaching to achieve work objectives and improve performance and skills.
• Manufacture and package products to customer specification.
• Participate as a member of the safety team and continually monitor and recommend changes as needed to keep the plant a safe place to work and meet established safety goals.
• Communicate with maintenance on concerns with equipment and preventative maintenance that supports production.
• Participate in daily exchange of operational information with shift supervisors.
• Responsible for production efficiency, break times, speed of lines and machine settings.

Qualifications:

· 1-year Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

· Experience in food processing is preferred.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Organizational and leadership skills.

· Excellent analytical, trouble shooting, conflict management and problem-solving skills.

· Able to deal firmly and fairly with a diverse workforce.

· Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
