A growing Federally Qualified Health Center in Central Indiana is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to oversee pharmacy operations and staff. This role is ideal for Fort Waynebased pharmacists open to a leadership opportunity with predictable hours and long-term impact.

MondayThursday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
No nights, weekends, or holidays

Manage pharmacy team performance, scheduling, and training
Oversee prescription processing and provider collaboration
Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and internal policies
Manage inventory, controlled substances, and documentation
Support pharmacy expansion efforts and telepharmacy services
Collaborate with executive leadership on pharmacy operations

PharmD from an ACPE-accredited program
Active xhqgsiq Indiana Pharmacist license
Certified immunizer
Management experience preferred
Experience in FQHC or community health environments beneficial
