Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Manager:
- Own billing, invoicing, and collections end to end
- Manage weekly invoicing tied to payroll and time reporting
- Oversee A/R aging, follow up, and dispute resolution
- Handle customer setup, billing requirements, and documentation
- Partner with operations and finance to support cash flow
- 5 plus years of accounts receivable experience
- Background in service based or transaction driven environments
- Experience with billing, collections, xhqgsiq and customer onboarding
- Strong attention to detail and follow through
- Clear communicator comfortable working cross functionally
