Key Responsibilities
- Sort and distribute mail to the appropriate team members and/or place items in designated mailboxes.
- Scan and file invoices and other documents (e.g., bank statements) into Accounts Payable folders per process.
- Print Accounts Payable checks and support check runs as scheduled.
- Assist with Accounts Payable check and invoice review as needed.
- Support print-and-mail projects such as statements (as applicable), budgets, compilations, and other special mailings.
- 1+ year of Accounts Payable, accounting support, or related administrative experience preferred.
- Comfortable handling mail distribution, scanning, filing, and document management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); ability to learn internal systems quickly.
- Reliable attendance and ability to manage recurring daily deadlines.
- Professional communication skills and discretion with confidential information.
