We're looking for an Accounts Receivable and Collections Clerk to assist with variety office tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-focused, dependable, and enjoys working in both financial and administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Assist with Accounts Receivable by contacting customers regarding outstanding balances, researching payment issues, posting customer payments, and processing credit card transactions.
- Prepare and record daily bank deposits accurately.
- Provide office support such as scanning, copying, filing, and managing email correspondence.
- Work closely with customers and internal staff to resolve billing questions and maintain positive relationships.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality when handling financial and client information.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections.
- Comfortable with computer systems and accurate in data entry.
- Strong organizational abilities with excellent attention to detail.

- Dependable and able to work well both independently and in a team setting.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (40 hours per week)
