We run the #1 (out of 10,000 locations) Farmers insurance agency in the nation by policies written, and we are looking to hire an AI automation specialist who can sit with us, learn how we operate, and build AI-driven automations that speed up execution across sales and service.

This is not a remote contract role. This is an in-person, full-time position where you will work directly alongside the owners.

*What You Will Do*

We will show you exactly how a workflow runs and what the end result needs to look like. Your role will show us how you would solve it with AI, and then build it.

*What We Are Looking For*

* Genuinely obsessed with AI automation and agent building, not casually interested in it
* Hands-on experience building real automations (n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, AI agents)
* Able to speak from experience, not hypotheticals
* Fast learner who works well in a high-output environment
* Based in or willing to commute to Irving, TX daily
