Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist to join a growing team. This role is responsible for managing invoicing, account reconciliation, and collections while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and process customer invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer-specific requirements
  • Manage portal billing processes, ensuring proper submission and formatting of invoices
  • Reconcile accounts receivable balances and perform account analysis to maintain accurate records
  • Apply payments accurately and maintain proper supporting documentation
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Perform collections activities, including follow-up on outstanding balances and maintaining aging targets
  • Process account adjustments, credit memos, and maintain status of open items
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues
  • Monitor accounts for potential risks and escalate concerns as needed
  • Assist with new account setup and credit-related processes
  • Maintain strong communication with customers to support positive relationships
Qualifications
  • 23+ years of experience in Accounts xhqgsiq Receivable and billing
  • Experience with customer portal billing (required)
  • Strong Excel skills (including data organization and basic formulas)
  • Experience with account reconciliation and collections processes
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
