Berchem Moses PC is seeking a skilled and motivated attorney to join our growing *Municipal and Land Use practice* in our Westport office. *Key Responsibilities*

* Represent municipal clients in matters involving:
* Land use and zoning
* Property tax assessment appeals
* General civil litigation
* Freedom of Information Act compliance
* Municipal contracts and regulatory issues

*Minimum Qualifications*

* Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
* Active member of the Connecticut Bar in good standing
* Minimum of 4 years of legal practice
* Valid motor vehicle license

*Preferred Qualifications*

* Admission to practice in Federal Courts
* 2+ years of experience in municipal law and/or land use and zoning
