Responsibilities:
- Represent clients at court hearings.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support ongoing cases.
- Prepare and file legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on criminal matters.
- Collaborate with colleagues and senior attorneys on complex cases.
Experience:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar association.
- Preferred 5 years of experience practicing law in a criminal setting.
- Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficient in using legal research tools and technology.
