*Position Overview:*
We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team. This role will involve managing a varied caseload, working directly with clients, and collaborating with colleagues on case strategy. The successful candidate will have the independence to handle cases with support from an experienced mentor and a well-trained staff.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Handle a range of cases in Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, and potentially other civil matters.
* Conduct discovery review and analysis.
* Prepare and argue pretrial motions and negotiate case resolutions.
* Participate in depositions, draft pleadings, and develop trial materials as needed.
* Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients.
* Contribute to case discussions and strategy sessions with the team.

*Qualifications:*
* Licensed to practice law in Indiana (required).
* 0–3 years of experience in relevant practice areas
* Strong research, writing, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Must be able to reliably commute to South Bend and Elkhart, Indiana.
