Associate Attorney

We are seeking an eager, motivated, hard working, Associate Attorney to join our prestigious well-established firm. This is an in-office position and an excellent opportunity for a junior attorney who wants hands on experience, real mentorship, and meaningful courtroom exposure.

This is not a virtual or remote role.

What We’re Looking For:

• A driven attorney who wants to learn, grow, and litigate
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail
• Excited and prepared to be in court as well as conduct and defend depositions
• A team player with a strong work ethic and a professional demeanor

Responsibilities Include:

• Drafting, opposing, and arguing motions
• Reviewing medical records
• Performing research
• Reviewing discovery and drafting all types of demands and response
• Taking and defending depositions
• Making court appearances
• Assisting with all aspects of litigation from inception through trial
• Working closely with senior attorneys for training and mentorship
• Preparing and conducting trials

Qualifications:

• Admitted to practice in New York
• Litigation experience a plus, but not required
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Willingness to be present, engaged, and proactive in the office
