We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will provide expert legal counsel working within Personal Injury. This role requires a strong foundation in legal research, drafting, negotiation, and litigation to effectively serve our clients’ diverse needs. The attorney will play a vital role in advising clients, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in court or negotiations.
MINIMUM 3 years LITIGATION EXPERIENCE
*Duties*
* Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case preparation and legal analysis.
* Draft legal documents including contracts, pleadings, briefs, and memoranda with precision and clarity.
* Provide expert advice on personal injury law
* Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
* Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, mediations, and negotiations as needed.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and effective counsel.
* Manage legal administrative tasks efficiently within the law office environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases requiring extensive research and strategic planning.
*Experience*
* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
* Strong research skills utilizing LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms are essential.
* Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear and persuasive legal documents.
* Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of successful client advocacy.
* Prior legal administrative experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Pay: $83,489.77 - $150,000.00 per year
