Position Overview

Hawkins Parnell & Young, L.L.P. is seeking a California licensed attorney with 2-6 years of litigation experience for their San Francisco office. The successful candidate will learn all stages of trial preparation and trial from start to finish and work with a seasoned team of experienced litigators.

Responsibility

• Manage a caseload of litigated claims
• Prepare for trial including strategy discussion, discovery, records review, client interview, and witness preparation
• Research complex litigation areas
• Take and defend depositions
• Prepare and argue motions
• Attend hearings
• Communicate with clients
