Auto Dealership Audit

Mac Haik Automotive Group seeks a Dealership Audit and Compliance Specialist to conduct financial reviews, inventory audits, compliance assessments, risk identification, and reviews of financial controls across all platform locations.

This role will require travel greater than 50% of the time throughout Texas (San Antonio, Houston, Dallas, Austin areas) and Jackson, Mississippi with the below essential functions and qualifications:

Essential Functions:

• Examines financial statements, sales transactions, and accounting practices for accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Verifies physical vehicle inventory and ensures proper accounting for floor plan financing.
• Ensures the dealership follows industry regulations and internal company policies.
• Detects discrepancies, potential fraud, and procedural inefficiencies.
• Provides reports and suggestions for improving internal controls and financial processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related discipline required
• CPA preferred
• 1-3 years of automotive finance industry experience
• DMS knowledge required; CDK/ADP preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening
• Authorization to work in the USA
• Valid Driver's Licenses and acceptable driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65, $80,000.00 per year
