General Sales Manager

Automotive Dealership - Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive performance in both new and used vehicle departments. This is a high-impact leadership role for a proven automotive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, volume-driven environment. We are a high-volume brand that everyone loves!

Compensation
$180,000 - $300,000 annually
Compensation is performance-based.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, coach, and develop New and Used Sales teams
* Drive unit growth and maintain high CSI performance
* Monitor KPIs and hold team accountable to dealership goals
* Structure and desk deals effectively
* Collaborate with Finance and Service departments to maximize profitability
* Recruit, train, and retain top-performing sales professionals

Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Sales Manager or General Sales Manager in xhqgsiq automotive retail
* Demonstrated success increasing unit volume and customer satisfaction
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Strong understanding of dealership operations, desking, and reporting
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
