We are a trailer manufacturing company in Elnora, IN, building all steel products.
All the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description.
Everything we build will be primed and painted.
We run 2 complete paint facilities in our factory, as well as a re-work (repair) facility.Pay level will depend on the job type, and experience of the applicant.
Naturally, all work is done indoors.
The facility is heated in the winter, and we have fans in the summer to keep air moving.We offer health insurance, vision and dental, Simple IRA with company match retirement program, and paid time off amongst other benefits.
Our regular work week is Monday-Thursday, 10 hour a 3 day weekend most weeks.
Right now, demand is high, so we are working a partial day on is overtime (time and a half).
