Automotive Service Advisor (Mon-Fri / No Weekends / $60k-$120k+)
Japanese Car Care - Albuquerque, NM (2 Locations: 87113 & 87110)
Full-Time

Japanese Car Care (JCC) has served Albuquerque since 1977. We're established, busy year-round, and growing. We're looking for a motivated Service Advisor who understands how to build trust, communicate value, and produce results.
We are not a chain store or high-pressure sales environment.
We are a professional, process-driven independent repair shop specializing in Japanese vehicles, focused on quality repairs, ethical recommendations, and long-term customer relationships.

What You Get
Monday-Friday schedule (NO weekends)
Compensation: $60,000-$120,000+ per year
(Base pay plus commission. Actual earnings depend on experience, performance, and production.)

This is a Professional Service Advisor Role
We're looking for someone who can handle:
- Building trust with customers through honest communication
- Managing repair orders from check-in to delivery
- Reviewing technician inspections for completeness and accuracy
- Building and presenting estimates professionally
- Prioritizing repairs and explaining recommendations clearly
- Following up on declined work and future maintenance needs
- Maintaining strong KPI's and customer satisfaction
- Working closely with technicians to maintain workflow and production
- Maintaining strong documentation and organized communication

Requirements
- Automotive service advisor experience required
- Automotive repair knowledge required
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Organized and process-driven
- Strong follow-up and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset
