Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team in creating a memorable experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have to have the willingness to learn, a want for working and readiness to conversate with customers in a friendly manner.

No experience needed as we dont mind teaching employees how to ensure that each beverage is crafted to perfection while providing exceptional service. This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn about various boba tea recepes and food safety practices.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, teas, and food items with precision and care.
• Operate the POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, adhering to food safety standards.
• Assist customers with menu selections, providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper change is given and maintaining cash register integrity.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels
• Engage with customers to create a friendly atmosphere, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.

Skills

• Proven barista experience preferred but not needed.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math applications.
• Familiarity with food preparation and food handling practices in compliance with safety regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated when necessary.

Pay: From $15.75 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
