Cardiopulmonary Specialist Job Description

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Cardiopulmonary Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed evaluations of patients' cardiopulmonary systems
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific patient needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress

Requirements:

  1. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Cardiopulmonary Science or a related field
  2. Current licensure by the state of Oregon (RT-P)
  3. Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
  4. Registration as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
