Trinity Senior Services is looking for compassionate Care Partners to be part of our team at Trinity Woods (9525 W. Burleigh)

Job Title: Care Partner – Part Time - PRN

Responsibilities: Attend to residents’ safety, physical, social, and emotional comfort by assisting with activities in the home as well as social activities. Some examples might be:

• Providing companionship and conversation
• Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and linen changing
• Hanging up/laying out clothes
• Planning and preparing meals
• Providing medication reminders
• Accompany residents to and from appointments

Hours: Flexible – tell us when you are available! We have a current need Mon – Friday for 2 hours in the afternoon (11-1 or 12-2) and another need twice per week for 2 hours in the evening (4-6pm)

Trinity Senior Services is the management company that oversees Milwaukee Catholic Home, Trinity Woods, Clare Gardens, Our Lady of the Angels Convent, Queen of Peace Friary and Trinity Senior Services Care Partner Program. Its impact is intergenerational, from the more than 800 older adults pecho in its communities to its 500-plus employees to the nearly 200 children who attend daycare programs located at Milwaukee Catholic Home and Trinity Woods. Qualifications

• Maturity, adaptability, and ability to relate well to others on an individual basis
• Communication with Care Partner Program Director regarding any observed changes in participants’ physical health or behavior
• Daily documentation on participants’ service plan
• Compassion, patience and a desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors

Compensation

• Flexible schedule
• Starting hourly wages from $16-$18 depending on experience
