Indiana University HealthCommunity Medicineis seeking aCertified Anesthesiologist AssistantorCertified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our growing teamwithin theIndianapolis area!

Position Highlights:

• Join an established team of Anesthesiologists and participate in the expansion of the anesthetist profession within our community medicine division.
• Full-Time, Monday-Friday, Days
• No weekend work or call
• Combination of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities working with mostly adult patientsincluding: ortho, general surgery, endoscopy, ophthalmology and occasionalpediatric cases
• Primary locations includeIU Health North, West, Saxony and TiptonHospitals.

Qualifications:

• Must hold currentACLSandPALScertifications
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana

Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant:

• Must have graduated with a Master’s degree from aCAAHEPaccredited Anesthesiologist Assistant Program
• Must have passed the Certifying Examination for Anesthesiologist Assistants or theCDQexaminationand holdcurrent certification

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist:

• Must have graduated from Master’s level Nurse Anesthesia program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs
• Must have passed the National Certification Examinationand holdcurrent certification from the Council of Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
