Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy and execution across all entities. Profitability is the top priority.

The Opportunity

You will serve as the financial leader across three operating companies, partnering closely with ownership and leadership to drive smarter decisions and stronger financial performance. Key Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and consolidated financial reporting across all three companies
• Drive profitability through detailed analysis of product margins, pricing, inventory, and overhead
• Optimize cash flow, working capital, and vendor/payment terms
• Oversee inventory planning and financial controls tied to purchasing and sell-through
• Implement KPIs, dashboards, and scalable finance and reporting processes
• Advise leadership on growth initiatives, investments, and operational decisions
• Improve internal controls, financial discipline, and cross-company visibility

Who You Are

• 10+ years of senior finance experience (CFO, VP Finance, Director of Finance, or similar)
• Experience with multi-entity reporting; wholesale, retail, or apparel strongly preferred
• Proven track record of improving margins and cash flow in mid-sized companies
• Comfortable with ERP and finance systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks Enterprise, Brightpearl, or similar
• Highly hands-on, operationally minded, and strategic
• Able to both lead and execute in a fast-paced environment
