The CEO manages and directs the organization toward its primary objectives, based on the organizations mission, vision and fiscal soundness. This position plans, coordinates, and controls the daily operation of the organization through the organization's managers. Establishes current and long-range goals, objectives, plans and policies. Dispenses advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to carry out major plans, standards and procedures, consistent with established policies. Meets with organization's other executives to ensure that operations are being carried out in accordance with the organization's policies. Oversees the adequacy and soundness of the organization's financial structure, reviews operating results of the organization, compares them to established objectives, and takes steps to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to correct unsatisfactory results. Plans and directs all investigations and negotiations pertaining to mergers, joint ventures, the acquisition of businesses, or the sale of major assets. Establishes and maintains an effective system of communications throughout the organization. Represents the organization with major customers, community partners, the financial community, and the public.

Treasure Coast Community Health has been serving the Indian River County community on Florida's East Coast for over 30 years with a mission to provide accessible, cost effective, high quality, comprehensive healthcare to all people, regardless of their socio-economic circumstances. TCCH is a Federally Qualified Health Center providing integrated patient care services in primary care, behavioral health, women's health and dentistry. TCCH participates with HRSA National Health Service Corp for loan repayment. At present, we have nine centers and we are continuing to expand to meet the needs of our community.

Master’s Degree (M.A.) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with Community Health Centers is highly desirable. Valid Florida Driver’s license is required.
Experience working with volunteer Boards of Directors and committees, and experience working in community not-for-profit organizations is desirable. Must have strong communication and management skills and should demonstrate a readiness to assume responsibility for all fiscal, personnel and program functions of the organization. This is a full-time exempt position that requires a flexible schedule and the ability to travel on occasion
