Job Opportunities

Jackson Township is seeking a highly motivated Chief Financial Officer to oversee the Township’s financial operations and ensure fiscal integrity, transparency, and long-term financial sustainability. Key responsibilities include preparing the budget, preparing monthly financial statements for the governing body, AFS/ADS, and finance-related ordinances and resolutions, and overseeing accounts payable/receivable and grant and escrow accounts. Candidates should possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a strong knowledge of municipal finance laws. Minimum of five years in municipal finance required, at least one of which shall have been in a supervisory role. A familiarity with Edmunds, Microsoft Office, and Primepoint is required. NJ CMFO required. Salary range $68,868.00-$157,895.00 to commensurate with experience, along with a competitive benefits package. Qualifications
