Clinical Director (BCBA) – Permanent or Interim
Pediatric ABA | Raynham, MA | Hybrid Available
Sunflower Development Center is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our leadership team as a Clinical Director.
This position is ideal for a seasoned clinician who enjoys mentoring, systems-level thinking, and maintaining high clinical standards within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight across ABA services
- Supervise and mentor BCBAs and clinical leaders
- Ensure high‑quality assessments, treatment planning, and ethical practice
- Support medical necessity, documentation, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with Operations and executive leadership
- Develop, refine, and maintain clinical systems and training supports
- Serve as a clinical decision‑maker and resource for complex cases
Qualifications
- BCBA certification required
- Massachusetts LABA license or eligibility
- Master’s degree in behavior analysis or related field
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience preferred
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and mentorship skills
