Clinical Director (BCBA) – Permanent or Interim

Sunflower Development Center is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our leadership team as a Clinical Director.

This position is ideal for a seasoned clinician who enjoys mentoring, systems-level thinking, and maintaining high clinical standards within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight across ABA services
• Supervise and mentor BCBAs and clinical leaders
• Ensure high‑quality assessments, treatment planning, and ethical practice
• Support medical necessity, documentation, and compliance standards
• Collaborate with Operations and executive leadership
• Develop, refine, and maintain clinical systems and training supports
• Serve as a clinical decision‑maker and resource for complex cases

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required
• Massachusetts LABA license or eligibility
• Master’s degree in behavior analysis or related field
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience preferred
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and mentorship skills
