We provide best-in-class ABA services to help children with autism build independence and confidence in a supportive, center-based environment. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead clinical services and support our team at the Durham, NC clinic.

This role is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys leadership, team development, and partnering with families to support positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead the clinical delivery of ABA services in a center-based setting
  • Execute key service quality, clinical excellence, and growth initiatives
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and guide individualized treatment planning
  • Assist in managing daily clinic operations
  • Provide ongoing mentorship, supervision, and training to BCBAs and RBTs
  • Support clinical problem‑solving and program development
  • Build strong relationships with families and staff
  • Ensure documentation and compliance standards are upheld
  • Promote a positive, collaborative team culture

This is a Monday–Friday, on‑site leadership role.

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification — required
  • NC LBA license (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Minimum 4+ years of BCBA experience
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience — required
  • Experience supporting children with autism using ABA
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to compassionate, ethical care
