We provide best-in-class ABA services to help children with autism build independence and confidence in a supportive, center-based environment. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead clinical services and support our team at the Durham, NC clinic.
This role is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys leadership, team development, and partnering with families to support positive outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead the clinical delivery of ABA services in a center-based setting
- Execute key service quality, clinical excellence, and growth initiatives
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and guide individualized treatment planning
- Assist in managing daily clinic operations
- Provide ongoing mentorship, supervision, and training to BCBAs and RBTs
- Support clinical problem‑solving and program development
- Build strong relationships with families and staff
- Ensure documentation and compliance standards are upheld
- Promote a positive, collaborative team culture
This is a Monday–Friday, on‑site leadership role.
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification — required
- NC LBA license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Minimum 4+ years of BCBA experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience — required
- Experience supporting children with autism using ABA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment to compassionate, ethical care
