What You’ll Do:

As Superintendent, you will be the on-site leader, managing all aspects of daily operations on active job sites. You’ll oversee a diverse range of projects, including new builds, remodels, and renovations across residential properties, restaurants, hotels, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coordinate, and manage day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with designers and contractors on design-build projects.
• Uphold safety standards and best practices, ensuring a safe work environment for all team members.
• Maintain quality control, addressing challenges with proactive solutions.

• Experience: 5+ years in residential or commercial construction, with a solid understanding of project management.
