We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up and renovation projects for K–12 and higher-education facilities in the San Antonio market. This hands-on field leader will ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all daily on-site construction activities for education projects
  • Oversee subcontractors, site logistics, inspections, and safety compliance
  • Review plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure work aligns with project objectives
  • Maintain accurate daily reports, progress updates, and project documentation
  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and owners
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction
  • Proven experience with K–12 or higher-education xhqgsiq construction projects
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, inspections, and site safety practices
  • Ability to lead subcontractors and manage complex field operations
  • Proficient in reading construction drawings and managing daily workflows
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
