What you will be doing:

  • Handle sophisticated matters and complex transactions across a range of businesses and industries.
  • Apply an interdisciplinary team approach, combining specific legal expertise with broad business and practical experience.
  • Assist clients in clarifying goals, identifying solutions, and achieving objectives.

Experience you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and securities law.
  • J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school with strong academic performance; high class rank preferred.
  • Admission to the New York State Bar.
  • Excellent research, writing, and interpersonal communication skills.
