We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented custom structure installer to join our operations at MSK Dome ( ). Our company specializes in selling and installing geodesic polycarbonate domes , which are used for outdoor-connected enclosures all year long.
This role involves assembling and installing these dome structures in customers' homes, restaurants and event-based places as well as preparation and training in our warehouse. Candidates must be efficient, professional, fast and committed to maintaining high-quality service standards.
This is a part-time position requiring availability for 3 fixed days per week (either Monday-Wednesday or Thursday-Saturday), from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (One hour of unpaid lunch break) . Selected candidates must not work for other companies during their assigned workdays.
We provide full training, tools, and support to ensure you are fully prepared for on-site installation tasks.

Responsibilities

* Perform loading and unloading of equipment and materials
* Make sure disregarded area for installation is ready for installation
* Assemble and install geodesic polycarbonate dome structures on-site
* Follow all instructions accurately and retain task procedures
* Maintain a fast, efficient pace while ensuring accuracy on-site
* Adhere strictly to safety guidelines during all installations
* Keep workspaces (both warehouse and job sites) clean and organized
* Travel to job sites across the Dallas-Fort Worth area and nearby cities

Requirements & Skills

* Ability to lift and carry equipment (physical capability required)
* Ability to use hand tools (Hand Drill, Angle Grinder etc.) professionally
* Strong ability to follow instructions and remember processes
* Be determined and patient until the project is completed
* Fast, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently under time constraints
* Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
* Availability for 3 consistent full workdays per week (9 AM - 5 PM)
* Professional attitude when working in customers' homes
* Commitment to safety practices always

Preferred:

* Access to a truck for transporting equipment (strong plus)

Compensation & Benefits

* $1,400 fixed monthly payment plus,
* $200 QSEHRA (non-taxable health insurance support)
* Paid training provided at our warehouse
* All tools and materials supplied by the company

Training
We provide hands-on training sessions covering installation processes for geodesic dome assembly. Multiple training rounds will ensure crew members are confident, fast, and accurate before working on-site.
