Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain courteous and professional contact with customers, vendors, and community members.
• Ensure the safety of self, fellow employees, and customers by following established safety guidelines and protocols.
• Preserve the integrity of food products and maintain proper sanitation procedures in accordance with local regulations.
• Follow federal law and company standards on carding customers for age-restricted products.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining 100% total customer focus.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Must be sufficiently proficient in English to understand job instructions and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must possess required up-to-date food handling certificates, as required by law.
• Cooking/restaurant experience preferred.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include:

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time on hard and uneven surfaces
• Ability to bend, lift, push, and move product using proper lifting techniques
• Krispy Krunchy Chicken procedures require constant standing, bending, and reaching with a moderate amount of manual dexterity
• Periodic exposure to all outdoor conditions during daylight hours
• Moderate exposure to walk-in coolers and freezers at 34 F or lower
• Frequent handwashing and attention to personal cleanliness standards
