Job duties include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, cleaning equipment and facility, and providing training. Essential functions and skills involve comprehension, communication, motor coordination, and the ability to work under various conditions and temperatures. Work includes standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, driving, pushing, climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, reaching, and hand tasks. Tools and equipment used include pencils, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.
