Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and efficient service to customers, including handling cash and credit transactions, answering questions, and resolving issues.

• Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues.

• Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to provide informed recommendations to customers.

• Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products and services to customers.

• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.

• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
