The Chicago Office of Integra Realty Resources, the nation’s largest independent valuation and consulting firm with Industry leading tools and technology is seeking a Commercial Review Appraiser. Appraisals include a wide range of asset types and institutional to non-institutional properties. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience, including review work, and have familiarity with the greater Chicago market. This position, which can be remote, hybrid, or in-office, will also provide input on internal quality control procedures.

This is a full-time salaried position with potential for bonus. Benefits include health insurance, 401K, and all professional expense reimbursements. Requirements include not only a wide knowledge of appraisal theory but also attention to detail and superior relationship skills.
