We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Construction Project Manager to lead major projects in the Chicago area for this company, to lead on projects local to Chicago.
As an Electrical Construction Project Manager, you will oversee large-scale electrical scopes valued over $25M+ across healthcare, residential, industrial, and data center projects. This is a leadership role requiring hands-on experience managing all phases of electrical construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and manage electrical construction projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for projects exceeding $25M.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations.
- Drive project performance and maintain strong client relationships.
- Local to Illinois / Chicago area - familiarity with regional construction practices.
- Proven experience managing electrical scopes on large-scale projects ($25M+).
- Background in healthcare, residential, industrial, or data center construction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex timelines.
