Job Details

Please have 3-6 years experience in employment litigation, ideally including counseling and transactional work. Very client-driven practice!

  • Employment litigation (FEHA, wrongful term, breach of contract, wage and hour, class/PAGA) and experience and/or serious interest in employment counseling.
  • Federal and CA employment law
  • Experience drafting handbooks, employment agreements, separation agreements, etc. preferred
