Lulich & Attorneys, P.A. is seeking a *driven, detail-oriented Estate Planning & Probate Attorney with a minimum of three (3) years of experience* to join our growing team in Vero Beach, Florida.

*Responsibilities*

* Meet with clients to understand estate planning goals and provide strategic legal guidance
* Draft estate planning documents including wills, revocable trusts, advance directives, and related instruments
* Handle probate and trust administration matters from intake through resolution
* Prepare and file probate pleadings and related court documents
* Attend court hearings, client meetings, and signing appointments
* Advise clients on estate planning strategies, tax considerations, and asset protection concepts
* Maintain organized and accurate client files within the firm’s case management systems
* Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to deliver an exceptional client experience
* Conduct legal research and assist with more complex planning or administration matters

*Qualifications*

* Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
* *Licensed to practice law in Florida (Required)*
* *Minimum of three (3) years of experience practicing law (estate planning and/or probate experience strongly preferred)*
* Strong drafting, analytical, and legal research skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Professional, courteous, and responsive — especially when working with elderly clients, fiduciaries, and court-appointed professionals
* Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
