Experienced Detailer Needed

Founded in 2017, ClearShift set out to change the car-buying experience - not by selling harder, but by serving better. We are in the people business, and cars are simply the tool we use to serve others well.

We're growing rapidly and looking for a self-motivated, high-output Automotive Detailer who takes pride in their work, moves with urgency, and can raise the standard of our current detailing operation.

• Perform full interior and exterior vehicle detailing in accordance with ClearShift quality standards
• Operate buffers, steamers, pressure washers, vacuums, and related equipment
• Apply cleaning, protective, and restorative products efficiently and correctly
• Move, stage, and park vehicles as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to OSHA standards

• Consistently deliver high-quality results with speed and accountability

This is a production-based role, not an hourly mindset.

• Minimum expectation: 3 vehicles per day
• Strong performance: 4 vehicles per day
• Top performers: 5 vehicles per day

We're looking for someone who can outperform current production levels while maintaining quality and consistency.

1099 Contractor - Paid Per Vehicle

• $85 per completed vehicle
• Typical earnings range: approximately $65,000+, depending on production and consistency. No cap.
• High performers directly control their income through efficiency and output

• Self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Can-do attitude and pride in craftsmanship
• Detail-oriented without sacrificing efficiency
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Passion for helping people and delivering a great experience
• Adaptable, flexible, and solutions-focused

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts
• On-site position - 100% in person
