MercyOne Northeast Iowa is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join our collegial and growing team at the Bluebell Road Health Plaza . This is an outstanding outpatient-only opportunity in a modern, multi-specialty clinic known for delivering high-quality, innovative care.

• Join a collaborative team of 5 physicians and 2 APPs
• Outpatient-only, full-spectrum Family Medicine
• Call: 1:8, phone only with nurse triage; no hospital call
• Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
• Single clinic location; Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.

• Onsite urgent care, lab, and imaging services

Compensation & Benefits

• 2-year income guarantee: $290,191 annually , plus production incentives and longevity bonuses
• $150,000 bonus package
• Moving allowance up to $15,000
