Job Description
Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital, part of the Lutheran Health Network, is seeking a board‑eligible or board‑certified Family Medicine Physician with optional OB to join our primary care team in Warsaw, Indiana, just outside of Fort Wayne.

Location Description
Kosciusko Community Hospital is located in Warsaw, Indiana and is centrally located between Fort Wayne, Indiana and Chicago. This 72‑bed facility is a member of the Lutheran Health Network and has achieved 100 Top Hospital status from Thomson Reuters as recently as 2011.
