Responsibilities:- Make specialized hot and cold beverages using kitchen appliances like ice cream dispensers, blenders, and espresso makers
- Handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy
- Clear tables, return trays to the kitchen, sweep and mop floors, wash and sanitize cooking utensils, and maintain bathrooms each day to make sure the restaurant is clean
- Cook alongside kitchen staff, take the necessary safety steps and adhere to sanitary standards
- Welcome customers as they enter the establishment and guide them to where they should sit or stand to place an order
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
- Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
- We prefer some experience working in the food service industry
- Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills
