This role is critical to our daily operations, ensuring that orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be an integral part of our warehouse operations, contributing to the smooth flow of goods and the satisfaction of our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure product quality before packaging.
- Operate manual and powered equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, to move inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to resolve any order discrepancies or issues.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
