Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack items according to order specifications.
- Inspect products for defects or damage before packaging.
- Use RF scanners and other warehouse technology to manage inventory.
- Operate manual equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a tidy and safe work area, free from hazards.
- Assist in receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Contribute to efficient loading and unloading of trucks.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily targets.
- Uphold all company policies, especially those related to safety.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or a related logistics field is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
