Seeking an experienced sales person with a positive attitude, team orientated mentality, and work ethic. Candidates must have experience working with current technology and software. They should also be comfortable in a fast-paced work environment and have excellent organization and communication skills. Bilingual candidates (English & Spanish) are preferred. Candidate needs a minimum of a high School diploma or equivalent. 1-3 Years of retail experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities " Greet customers with a smile, and learn their furnishing needs. " Search our catalogs and offer recommendations based on needs and budget. " Generate sales and create leads from online messages, phone calls, texts and in store walk ins. " Offer customers current sales and promotions. " Answer questions regarding the store and furniture. " Open and close cash registers, count money, and balance cash drawers. " Learn company policies. " Calculate retail prices and create sales tags. " Process cash payments, credit card payments, and finance/leasing contracts. " Organize and maintain customer records on CRM & QuickBooks. " Recognize security risks and thefts, and act accordingly. " Maintain a professional image. " Help arrange and maintain the showroom to company standards.
