The region features outdoor pursuits such as biking through farmland and meadows, birding opportunities, and hiking trails with modest elevation changes. Visitors can access boating and fishing in the Columbia River Gorge Scenic Area, along with zipline experiences and scenic drives throughout Northwest Washington.

The gastroenterologist will provide comprehensive weekend emergency coverage from Friday 5pm through Monday 7am for two weekends per month. The clinician will manage emergency department gastroenterology cases exclusively during weekend assignments with anesthesiologist support readily available. The position requires performing general gastroenterology procedures with ERCP capabilities preferred, focusing on urgent and emergent cases requiring immediate gastroenterology expertise.
