We are looking to add dynamic General Managers to the growing Tono Pizzeria + Cheesesteaks brand locations. Our company has built its reputation and products quickly, embracing the warm neighborhood support since its first slice served.

Driving Sales : Implementing strategies through customer & neighborhood engagement
Build and Lead a High-Performing Team : Identify, develop, and teach team members their roles and responsibilities. Also ensure that the positive team culture is upheld to the Tono standards
Strong Profit & Loss Management : controlling labor & COGs, etc.
Exceptional Operations Standards : Quality Control, CFPM, safety, and best practices
Community Outreach : Integrating Tono through engagement in the neighborhood which includes but not limited to; charity events, sponsoring opportunities, and community drives. xhqgsiq
