Overview:
We are an established and growing health insurance office in Fort Lauderdale n seeking motivated and experienced U65 health insurance sales agents to join our in-office team. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals who are driven, professional, and looking to build consistent income in a structured environment.

Compensation:

  • Weekly earnings starting at $1,000+
  • Top performers earning $3,000–$4,000+ per week
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Consistent earning potential year-round (no seasonal slowdowns)

Schedule:

  • Monday –Friday 10AM-6PM

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls with prospective clients
  • Present and explain health insurance plan options
  • Guide customers through the enrollment process
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Meet and exceed weekly sales targets

Qualifications:

  • Previous call center or phone sales experience preferred
  • Active Health Insurance License (2-15)
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Professional, reliable, and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable working in an in-office, team environment
