- [Production Operator / Machinist] As a Heat Treat Operator at ATI, you'll: Prepare furnace loads by following furnace load operating procedures; Remove forgings from furnace after required heating using a combination of manipulators and forklifts; Move completed furnace loads and processes forgings through quench and cool operations; Operate Brinell/Rockwell hardness testing equipment determining the hardness of forgings after heat treatment; Create move tickets after heat treatment processing is complete; Generate/update required reports to document process parameters...Hiring Immediately >>
